@airasia I'm paying premium.flex to be priority first not last. Ak 582 board client outside boarding room but nvr ask zone one passenger q first when plane start boarding I'm still q at the very back. So I'm paying for PRIORITY TO BE LAST?

@airasia I'm paying premium for priority at ak582 and arrive earlier at boarding gate. staff decided 2 ask all out of boarding room 2 scan ticket and it was done like less than 20min prior boarding, I was q at the end of line, instead of PRIORITY FIRST it became PRIORITY TO LAST.
