Just so everyone is aware the changes announced yesterday to #LBTT will begin on Wednesday (15th) and remain in place until 31st March 2021. #property #propertymarket #housingmarket #scotland

Just watched the statement and the main change to #LBTT is the starting threshold is raised from £145,000 to just £250,000. Unlike the changes announced yesterday this change will not be implemented immediately which is quite shocking & will no doubt result in delays. #property
