Keep meeting non-US girls who watched too much Netflix and adopted a 100% US valley girl persona and accent while never having been to US
"Oh my gawddd LIKE that's SO true!"
Kinda mind boggling you can export entire personas via fibre optic cables
1. Identify a problem WORTH SOLVING (for more view my other thread; be a medicine not a supplement)
2. Create hypothesis (solution)
3. Build prototype
4. Sell/ customer development
5. Learn from customer dev
6. Either continue, iterate or kill from feedback
7. Rinse & repeat

Taking a step back and rethinking if I should build sfc prep, it’s a super niche topic to be finetuning a model in
Pro:
- less competition
- reoccurring
Con:
- not a huge market
- one off exam, meaning high CAC, low LTV
- queries for sfc tutors <1k (low demand)
My biggest problem rn, bounce rate is high because my page loads too slowly. Must fix this, doesn’t matter how much traffic I drive if this isn’t fixed
Came across something interesting on Bloomberg: we are entering into a introvert economy (people prefer to stay at home more, earlier nights, more time online). Reminded me of another chart I saw on similarweb where traffic for short stories websites grew 200% per month
With the Apple Vision Pros ar will likely begin to become more mainstream. We’ll likely see ppl building in that space now begin to really capitalize on that mass adoption in a few years time (that’s where the applications of blockchain/ gamefi will really begin to shine)
Been posting some content for the last few days, most recent post had better reach than my previous one, likely because I’m using different hashtags. This marketing stuff is a lot more complicated than I thought. Also kinda demoralizing seeing very minimal growth
Even with pretty mid copy on Instagram there is some conversion, it’s a small start, and a long way to go but it does validate that there’s potentially some demand/ interest for this product
Based off our google analytics, it seems we were able to get some traffic from organic social but they spent 0 seconds. The good news is that there seems to be some form of demand for this product, hence the conversion from ads. The bad news is the slow load speed is a deterrent
Launched my first Instagram ad campaign. Click through rate was horrible (aka zero). Going to focus on more content that provides target demographic with value (in my case exam tips and material)
