@xero is work still underway, as the issue I was discussing has this latest update: "this work can not commence until the modernisation of other, related systems is complete." (Ethan M (Admin, Xero) June 30, 2023) (allow duplicate contact names)

No updates in the pipeline to allow for a unique identifying number for a contact, but if that changes we'll let you know. Just for context, do you all here use the Contact Account Number?
