This is the app I was working for https://t.co/kx4gSkD0jr, the core value prop was "native-to-your-product", single-channel customer support. You embed it on your app/website, or share hosted conversation links and start talking with users/clients right away.
No email, no sms, no Slack. Users get one place to reach out to you: your app.
Unsure if I should continue building on this idea or just scrap it.
What would you do?

@josephmiclaus@jackfriks Another thing is having proper logs and audit trails you can use as evidence. Make it extremely easy for customers to get a refund. If possible, use the payment descriptor as a hint for refund, e.g., https://t.co/t6NNBdbY9R
@josephmiclaus@jackfriks Not necessarily. These fees originate from bank/card-networks, Stripe just pass those on to you. For smaller amounts, I'd avoid accepting credit cards directly and only accept digital wallets such as Apple Pay or Google Pay, chargebacks are more difficult here.
@shirshakchavan Definitely X. Reddit sucks. Many Reddit users cry when they "smell" any form of self-promotion (even if valuable/genuine/appropriate to the audience), they abuse the report tool and harass you to death. I ended up deleting the app. 🗑️
@sam_stoffel I want to work for @elonmusk so bad, Spacex and Teslas are great companies moving fast, exiting, and with real sense of purpose and direction
