You don't have to prove you don't have it, the plantiffs have to show evidence that he did have it. Which they never did.

Court says he has it. He says it doesn't exist b/c they don't generate that kind of record. Court makes him generate it. Court still finds him faulty.

Judge in #AlexJones trial made it clear she could jail #AlexJones if he testifies honestly on his own behalf in his own defense. That's how nuts that case has become.

No the are not but the point is that if they do with the same level of evidence, then they would have been dismissed. A case like this against a media company, has to prove "actual malice" to move forward in a case which by definition in any other case couldn't

As for Barnes, by the Jones precedent being set right now, your own words would land you in court for the same reason. Barnes is by far one of the most respectable lawyers out there

Jones has retracted and apologized repeatedly over the years for statements he made about Sandy Hook. The financials shown in the trial literally show miniscule amounts of money made via SA
