@UberEats and have also cancelled my uber one account. Even if the food had turned up I would still expect a refund after waiting for 3 hours for delivery. Disgusting service by uber eats as I am 20 pound out of pocket and for such a small amount you've lost a good customer.

@UberEats I contacted uber on the app to tell them this and they have refused to refund, even though the shop which is wingshack Loughton Essex advised they would confirm this if uber contacted them. I'm astounded that uber won't refund. I will not use uber again

@UberEats I took the food in and couldnt believe my eyes. 3 quarters of the order wasnt in there. I drove back to shop and they apologised an said the food had gone elsewhere with another driver, but as it was closing time there was nothing they could so take it up with uber.

@UberEats they told me the driver had to deliver. I went home and at almost 11pm was still waiting. The driver turned up as I was outside waiting for him after telling me id be first delivery he'd done 2 other drops beforehand. The driver was abusive when I challenged him on this
