Your goal is not to be right. Your goal is to make money over a series of trades.
You can be wrong on 4 out of 10 trades and still be highly profitable if your winners are bigger than your losers and your risk is controlled.
Focus on the process, not the individual trade result.
How do you currently measure success in trading?
If you’re not reviewing your trades, you’re not improving.
After every trade write down:
Why you entered
What the plan was
How you managed it
What you did well
What you would do differently
Do this for 20 trades and you’ll spot patterns you never noticed before.
Do you currently keep a trade journal? Yes or no?
One of the fastest ways to blow an account:
Taking trades just because you’re bored.
No setup = no trade. Sitting out is a valid position.
The best traders spend more time waiting than trading.
When was the last time you forced a trade out of boredom?
Price only does three things:
Trends up
Trends down
Moves sideways
Most beginners try to predict the next big move. Professionals simply identify which of the three is currently happening and trade accordingly.
Stop asking “Where is the market going?” Start asking “What is the market doing right now?”
Which of the three is harder for you to trade?
The market doesn’t care about your feelings.
It doesn’t care that you “need” to win this trade. It doesn’t care that you’re down for the week. It doesn’t care that your last three trades were losers.
The only thing that matters is process. Follow the plan, take the valid setups, manage the risk. Results come later.
What’s one emotional mistake you keep repeating?
Most traders lose money because of position size, not because their strategy is bad.
Rule: Never risk more than 1% of your account on a single trade. If your account is $5,000, max risk is $50. Period.
This one rule alone will keep you in the game long enough to become profitable.
What’s the biggest position size you’ve ever risked on one trade? Be honest.
@DDazxxx@atrupar@edokeefe You see, that's exactly what the media wanted. They wanted people who will never believe what Trump says doesn't matter what. I remember back in 2016 when they claimed that they counted Trumps lies and it was in the thousands. You have been successfully indoctrinated.
@BaximusCyber85 @vigilantersa If it's not about race, then why does most black countries look like dump sites and most white countries are clean? You can even see it with black areas in white countries and white areas in black countries.
