Dear Twitter,
Final Update on @Bespoke_Funding situation:
Firstly I’d like to thank the whole Twitter community for sharing, liking, retweeting and sending me DM’s of support in helping me get this sorted out. I owe all of you one.
I looked at my inbox and I have over 200 messages and that is not an exaggeration, I will get back to all of you just be patient with me.
@KalerBFP sent the refund from the initial challenges this morning and I received it around 6-8 hours later or so.
Granted the situation was not ideal for both parties involved but I do want to thank Lewis for handling this with professionalism and generosity in getting this sorted ASAP.
I also want to clear up some things, I want you all to understand that running a prop firm is difficult. Especially in times like these where regulation and new things are coming into play. Shit happens. There’s constant shifting that occurs in this space.
I do not blame anybody. This can happen to anybody, and any prop-firm. The best that any and all prop-firms can do is continue to learn and adapt and continue to do their best at communicating with their customers/clients, the prop-firm space is here to stay at the end of the day.
Will I continue to trade with prop-firms? Most likely. But I will wait, currently I’m building my personal account and will continue to do so, Lewis and I are on good terms, and I’ve agreed that when the time is right I will even go back to BFP to trade.
I think everyone should look at this as a win, when the whole community comes together it’s incredible the levels it can reach. It’s important to hold prop-firms accountable.
Regardless, I thank their team in abundance and all of you in helping me get this sorted! I’ll probably be more active on Twitter now. I missed this space. But, in moderation.
Thanks again to everyone. I owe y’all.
