@PSNSupport unable to connect to the PSN while my internet is running. I opened up the ports listed on your support site but no luck. I've done custom setup for wifi too. Any idea?

@AskPS_UK I haven't been able to connect to the PSN, even after downloading and installing the new 5.5.3 update on my PS4. Everything passes except for the PSN when testing the connection. What's next?
