Pablo. A usted lo respeto. Por eso le voy a contestar. Es FALSO que la MML haya roto alguna regla fiscal. Existen dos límites para el ratio deuda sobre ingresos. Es uno u otro. No es uno y otro. El segundo ratio mide la capacidad de repago de una deuda a 20 años de la MML. La MML obtuvo nota AA para emisión local. Esto implica un ratio de tres a uno de ingresos sobre cuota a pagar. Lo cual se cumple perfectamente. Y que permitió la colocación de un 90% de la emisión local por parte de los más grandes inversionistas institucionales globales. En Perú el MEF exige tener el dinero DISPONIBLE al 100% antes de permitir se inicie un proyecto de INVERSIÓN PÚBLICA. Por eso debemos tener la parte no ejecutada obteniendo rentabilidad local. De no haber realizado la emisión por casi 4 mil millones de soles, a largo plazo, 100% destinada a INFRAESTRUCTURA, esta liquidez hubiera tenido el mismo destino que encontramos en la MML: GASTO CORRIENTE, CONTRATOS INFLADOS, MERMELADA, ALQUILERES INNECESARIOS y más. Todo esto fue reconocido en evento LATÍN FINANCE 2024 AWARDS, en New York, que premió la emisión de bonos a largo plazo de la MML como la MEJOR EMISIÓN SUBNACIONAL de Latinoamérica. I’m committed to work with the Trump administration to change the tort reform rules in this country to stop litigators from being able to weaponize the system against people who can’t defend themselves.

By simply changing the law to have the firm who pushes for the class action to BE HELD RESPONSIBLE for all cost if they lose. This will stop this nonsense of wasting money, energy and resources. These firms do not create a product, they do not make the world a safer or better place and contribute nothing worthwhile to society.
