2. You transferred us to prepaid 10 years ago more so without our consent.
3. From 10 years ago our post paid ballance reflects on the new token...or you gave us a token that had a debt...
@KenyaPower_Care how comes mr Johnson sakwa fined us then went on a leave...no where to be found....we went to stima plaza ..then to be sent to electricity house CBD where we were told he is on leave ....for the 2 months...and only him can handle our case...

@KenyaPower_Care with worth over 500 ksh token.....last month we used new token and recharged it.entering this month the token has an arrea of 15140...written debit credit....that arrear ilitoka wapi. and why it didn't reflect immediately after the new token was installed...

We payed off all the debts and the machine was changed by the same same agents....and they left with the old token ..
