Even though the Supermarionation shows of Gerry and Sylvia Anderson were set in the future, the style of automobiles was sometimes quite contemporary! Do you find these 60s-styled cars distracting or is it all part of a FAB-tastic retrofuturism?
Terrahawks: Timewarp UNCUT!
Lord Tempo creates a time warp in order to slow down the Terrahawks' ability to react to a full-scale attack. Our thanks to @BigRatMedia for supplying an off-air recording allowing us to patch a section of this episode that has been mysteriously missing from all DVD and Blu-ray releases!

Terrahawks Tuesdays! Every Tuesday, the Gerry Anderson YouTube Channel will be releasing a full episode of the classic series... Filmed in Supermacromation! https://t.co/ULwxOJr6Xm
Happy 60th Anniversary to City of Fire, first transmitted in the UK on this day in 1966! FAB fact, it is a favourite of Academy Award-winning effects guru Richard Taylor.
Today we're remembering the much-missed Denise Bryer, on what would have been her 98th birthday. Best known to Anderson fans for voicing Zelda, Mary Falconer and It-star in Terrahawks, Ma Jones, Little Jake and Makooya in Four Feather Falls, and Footso the cat in Twizzle, Denise also worked on many other classic shows and films - including Star Fleet, Hector's House, Return to Oz, Noddy, and much more. Here she is in 2014 during the recording of Big Finish's Terrahawks audio revival - smiling, as she always seemed to be!
Meet the Rule family!
π΅οΈββοΈ Sylvia Anderson (in her only solo writing credit on an Anderson episode) skillfully explored the backstory of Harry Rule's estranged wife & son in The Protectors episode ...With a Little Help from My Friends
π΅οΈ Guest stars included Hannah Gordon and Jeremy Brett, plus location filming at Neptune House - formerly UFO's Harlington-Straker Studios entrance building!
π΅οΈββοΈ Robert and Hannah would play estranged partners again years later in an episode of Hustle called The Delivery
We're sad to hear of the passing of actor Gregory de Polnay, who died on January 1st at the age of 82. Gregory's long stage and screen career as an actor, voice coach and director included the role of Pete Garforth in the Space: 1999 episode The Lambda Factor, plus appearances in Doctor Who (as D84 in The Robots of Death), Tenko, Dixon of Dock Green, and many more. Our thoughts go out to all who knew him.
