The GAA are doing a lot right recently

In the 90s they got huge stick (rightly) for the endless series of replays & refs playing for the draw to ensure another big pay day for Croke Park

Now people are complaining about a final being decided by penalties

Why not? 🤷‍♂️
It’s a skill is it not

Do you think players really want to do it all over again a week later
And fans can keep paying out for tickets/travel/food etc
And in such a condensed season

I think the GAA have got this one spot on
Finish on the day
There’s no cruelty about it

The team who take the better technical penalties and manage the situation better mentally, take the cup 🏆
