Hi @revolutsupport. I can't add my kids account to their kids and teens app. He has an account and the app downloaded. When I go into login for him it gives me a qr code to scan. I scan that from my phone and I get an error saying "something went wrong". Can you help please?

@Postvox I've 7 different parcels that ate all stating that they're being sorted for delivery since 8th January. Some arrived to sorting on 10th Jan but all have same status. 2 parcels are for birthday presents on Friday. I live in dunboyne. Is there a problem in dunboyne?
