@Musclemanhh Not really about showing the girls the way to the jacks whilst you pump your bicep. It's about developing a muscle skeletal balance that optimises overall function as you get older. Too many folk in the workout world are driven by optics.

@mickeymack1 @Emmachuuks After working out water is my go to then a few hours later it's guinness. Had a few in Phils on Friday and met some people I haven't seen for some time so that was good, Wicklow town is sure a great spot when the weather is kind.

@Emmachuuks I sway towards dumbbell but now and then go to the bar, flat bench and I like the difference. I find it easier to go from dumbbell to Barbell, not the other way. Dumbbell just requires more ancillary muscle groups to be active.
