Another fantastic journey on the @TPExpressTrains from Liverpool 0813 to Glasgow Central. Train Manager was excellant in his approach to his job. Great customer service. Also the young lady (didn't get her name) in 1st class who did a fantastic job in delivering a quality service

@TPExpressTrains I would sincerely like to give praise to the train manager this morning on the 1324 from Liverpool Lime Street. The train manager in my option went above and beyond his duties on helping a young mum with a child getting to her destination in York. Awesome values
