@SkyHelpTeam I have been Sky customer for over 25 years. I have had no satellite signal for 12 days and I have been told that I will not have an engineer visit for at least another 7 days, which is when I go on Holiday ! Is this customer service ?

Some of you may or may not know that one of the STAGS, Dave Logue, had a kidney transplant a few years ago...he recently became part of The Mulligans, a society of golfers with two commonalities...they'd been affected by transplantation and love playing golf.
