Lost Host is a game about a small RC car searching for its missing owner. Most of the environments are already finished, and right now I'm mainly focused on adding new mechanics, missions, and polishing the overall experience...

Inspiration: de_rats
When I was a kid, I really loved the de_rats map in Counter-Strike. I remembered how fun it was to jump around using mousetraps :D
Now you can do something similar in my game too…

Now there’s pink soup in the skatepark too 😀
It’s nice when commenters suggest ideas, especially ones that are easy to implement :>

I’ve come up with the idea that the game needs more exploration elements.
I’d be really interested to hear your ideas: what kinds of objects could be available for inspection in the game (with short mini-stories attached to them)? :> #indiegame#gamedev
While my game is participating in Start Your Engine Festival on Steam, I’m working on a flamethrower for the game :D ah yes, that childhood imagination 👼 #gamedev#losthost#gamedeveloper#steam
Recently my game took part in a playtest in China organized by UGDAP (University Game Development Alliance Platform), where students and players got to try the demo and share their feedback 🤝🔥🚗

I was thinking for a long time about what to do with lives if the player’s health is already full…?
And I came up with an idea.
The player will be able to carry extra lives for later by transporting them on the car roof :D #losthost#idea#games#wishlistwednesday#gamedev
I’ve added a tilt-shift effect to my game and wanted to get your opinion...
Effect adds a bit of a miniature/toy feel. But I’m worried it might also be distracting or even annoying for some players. What do you think - is it worth keeping? #effect#game
Childhood is the time when we could imagine anything while playing with toys.
My game is about a small RC car and a boy you need to find :3
Follow to stay updated on the development :3

How long have you been building your game?
Be honest… days, months or already years?
I’ll start - I’ve been working on mine for about a year and a half.
