@AmazonHelp Yes i did. Sonu told me i have to wait till pickup of wrong item. Pickup failed 3 times and now again i was told to wait till 4th time. You guys are just playing with customer. I have an email also from customer service. She says refund gas been done. Sonu said i have to wait.
