@TicketmasterCS Your company is a joke. I can't buy 1 single seat ticket because you have released all VIP tickets scattered around the arena but always in sets of 2. You do this deliberately. Some people don't have £500 spare to buy an extra ticket.

@UrbanOutfitters I need to return a damaged item from UK to US. Support say I will be refunded the return postage cost once I show proof of posting. How? Do I give my bank details or will part of the order be refunded? What is the maximum $/£ you will refund for return postage?

Genuine question: who the hell is spending $1000 on #ArianaGrandetickets? Look at what that gets you and it's a con. Yet I'm seeing all these shows selling out and multiple people missing out on tickets. Why are we all still giving LiveNation and Ticketmaster our money?

@ArianaToday Same stupid VIP packages as usual: a drink, a photobooth with no artist participation, a lanyard and a 'special gift' which will be something ridiculously underwhelming, all for what, $600? Pass. Nobody needs this rubbish. It doesn't enhance the show.

Depsite mine supposedly coming with Parcelforce, Royal Mail sent me the customs card and the reference doesn't work so I had to input it myself and now I've no idea what's happening as it says pending. #CrapService
