We were in, but @Amazon courier didn't bother to knock. Delivered parcel to what they call a 'secure location' - ie the grey refuse bin. Stupidity - especially when we have supplied a real 'secure location' in the shed at the back of the house. Grrr. #DeliveryFail #CrapService
