Interesting shift: AI-built Shopify workflows now activate more often than hand-built ones. 31.8% vs 27.5%.

83% of AI-built workflows now use a single Logic step instead of chaining if/then steps.

The models didn't change. The tool did.

Small but handy: MESA's built-in Delay tool now has a "Wait until a weekday" option.

Pause a workflow and pick it back up on the next business day. No more Saturday-morning emails.

MESA is now officially listed on the HubSpot Marketplace 🥳

For those "oh sh*t" moments: MESA workflows now have Undo.

It works for adding steps, removing steps, and editing variables. Save changes and Undo now live in the top bar, always in reach.

MESA's tests are now a real test.

We renamed "Manual run" to "Test" and made it one button: it auto-runs your Get list and Retrieve steps, then pauses on anything that updates a record or sends a notification. Dry-run any workflow safely before it goes live.

66,740 orders/min was the peak.

The harder number is the one that held for a full hour: 18,400 orders/min sustained, over 3x normal load, zero dropped orders the whole time.

Peak is a moment. This was an hour.

[MESA @getMESA]

3.6 million books sold. $106 million in sales. One 24-hour launch, 1 world record.

MESA coordinated the entire order operation, and it held: 99.9% completion, zero dropped orders, even at a peak of 66,740 orders a minute.

Our AI assistant now knows when to bring in a person. If a live chat needs a human touch, we hand it off to our support team right there in the widget. No new tab, no repeating yourself. They pick up exactly where the AI left off.

"It's fine, we have a workaround."

The difference between a 5-minute task and a 5-hour task is often how many times you have to do it.

The best automation is the one nobody notices.

Because everything just... works.

Nobody: ...

Absolutely nobody: ...

Merchant at 4:57 PM:

"Can we automate this before tomorrow morning?"

[MESA @getMESA]

If your browser has 37 tabs open just to process one order... we should talk.

Signs a process should be automated:
• You're copying data
• You're sending the same email every day
• You're updating spreadsheets
• You dread doing it
