At some point, we realized something important:

We believed this could be improved, today! With AI-powered algorithms and a more sophisticated user experience. That’s how Workspace (@get_workspace) was built.
Over the past year we — Ivan Malov @stateofcoding and Stas Leontiev @stasleontyev — designed and developed the first version of the platform. Workspace:

We just migrated part of our linting from @geteslint (left pic) to @OxcProject (right pic). The impact on our CI was immediate: the lint job dropped from ~8 minutes to ~1.
Faster checks mean faster shipping. We’ll keep tightening the feedback loop across the pipeline
After several rounds of user testing, we noticed a consistent pattern users expect a clearer entry point into the product.
Workspace helps candidates and recruiters connect through structured resume analysis and skill based matching. For this to feel intuitive, the first steps need to explain what happens after the resume upload, how privacy works, and when the profile becomes visible.
We are building onboarding from scratch. It is currently in the design stage, and we're testing how well the new flow reduces the friction we observed during early sessions.
