@britishmuseum @britishlibrary Poor or a lack of metadata leads to a lack of visibility for collections and for metadata staff, this leads to a lack of knowledge about both which, in turn can lead to a lack of staffing in these areas as the value of metadata & metadata staff are not well understood #CILIPMDG23
