most ai models look totally fake because their face changes slightly in every single post. here is the exact workflow to lock in one specific face so you can build a highly consistent creator library.

go on pinterest or instagram and find a reference photo of the exact aesthetic and facial structure you want

upload that photo into chatgpt and ask for this:

"analyze this face and photo style. give me a highly detailed json prompt that breaks down the exact facial features, skin texture, hair type, eye shape, and the color grading."

we use chatgpt because it catches the micro-details (like lighting and skin pores) that make a face actually look human.

take the json prompt chatgpt gives you and paste it into your image generator (like midjourney, higgsfield, or seedance)

generate your first batch of photos until you get the absolute perfect face

save that perfect photo to your camera roll. this is now your "master reference"

for all your future generations, just attach that master photo as your character reference "master reference" along with your new prompt for whatever outfit or location you want (e.g "sitting in a coffee shop" or "wearing a red hoodie").

now you have a fully consistent ai model locked in.

you can put them in coffee shops, taking mirror selfies, or holding products, and their face will look exactly the same across multiple photos.

Let me break it down for you.
A lot of people hear “remote jobs” and think you need to be a developer or some tech genius before you can earn real money. That is not true. Right now, companies like OpenAI, Google, and Meta are paying everyday people to train their AI systems.

We are talking about tasks like rating chatbot responses, labeling images, writing prompts, and reviewing content. And they pay per hour, in dollars.

Here is what you actually need to do:
First, sign up on at least 3 platforms. Remotasks, Mindrift AI, and https://t.co/j16JVuwnPD are solid starting points. Do not put all your eggs in one basket because task availability goes up and down.

Second, take the training courses seriously. These platforms test your accuracy before giving you paid tasks. If you rush through the training, you will fail the assessments and wonder why you are not getting work. Slow down. Read the instructions twice.

Third, set up your payment pipeline before you even start working. When the money starts coming in, you want it flowing straight to your bank, not sitting somewhere you cannot access.

Fourth, commit to 3 to 5 hours a day for 30 days straight. At $10 to $15/hr (which is realistic once you get past the beginner phase), that is $300 to $500 a month. Convert that to Naira and you are looking at your first 500k within your first 2 to 3 months.

Fifth, specialize. The general tasks pay small. But once you move into things like code review, AI evaluation, or creative writing tasks, your hourly rate jumps to $25, $40, even $50/hr. That is where the real money is.

This is not magic. It is a system. And anyone with good English, a laptop, and internet can start.
