@getcoachconnect Facility Leaderboard over the last 90 days. August was Bat Speed Month, so whiff Rate was not a focus. Whiff rate in this instance is calculated by anytime a Bat Speed is read by @FullSwingBSB w/o an Exit Velocity (new stat FWHIFF%). In september the focus changed to Bat To Ball, so now we look at Hard Hit Rate & Whiff Rate along with Avg EV to give context of what their Hard Hit Rate is.
FullSwing coaches: skip the CSV.
FullSwing emails you a session report. Forward it to your personal CoachConnect import address and the rows land on the right athlete's record.

"…so they can see their data on the drive home."
@reynoldsbatting hitters waited until month-end for an average.
Now a session gets uploaded to CoachConnect and they open Performance: trends, benchmarks, best swings.

My latest post to my HS members in our slack
"Facility's Max EV, Top 1/8th EV, and Top 1/8th BS for the Month of August (Bat Speed Month)
Everyone who has been in this month should have gotten a Recruiting Report Card and a Progression Card from @getcoachconnect of their last 90 days.
Moving into September, we transition into a Bat To Ball phase. This month games will be directly tied to making contact, hitting line drives. Bat speed will be a thing of limitation rather than looking to swing as fast as you can.
Still the 4th signed-up session of the week, you can use a metal bat.
NEW POINT/LEADERBOARD RECOGNITION SYSTEM
We are switching to a rolling 90-day leaderboard! When it is a bat speed month, we focus on bat speed and exit velo on the leaderboard and during games. During Bat to Ball months we will focus on Launch Angle and Swing & Miss on the leaderboard and during games. Your rolling 90 days will include your bat speed focus month as well as your bat-to-ball month. In December, we will start Mix pitch, which will be during a Bat Speed month. January and February we will keep working mix pitch, but now we will focus on game like situations. What will work in a high school game. @nickg5050 Is your Facility King right now with 436 points over the last 90 days. He does not have to pick up baseballs as long as he is the point leader and is first to hit in every group session. He can be dethroned by himself if he loses enough points in the coming days, weeks, months or by someone else outscoring him. Keeping up with attendance will be key to working towards getting more points."
Private lessons + team events: one reminder, 24 hrs out. Group sessions: two reminders, 48 hrs and 24 hrs out — so a canceled spot has time to get rebooked before it goes to waste.
Wood bat facility, gotta learn how to hit it on the barrel. Cruz has done an awesome job over his first 3 months in here, excited to keep seeing him get better
S/O to 2029 (uncommitted) @nickg5050 for scoring 93 points, having a Top 1/8th EV of 91.8, and a Top 1/8th BS of 69.4 last week. 1st in all categories.
Nicks 1/8th EV in July was 90.4. June Top 1/8th EV 89.9.
Nicks 1/8th BS in july was 67.2 . June Top 1/8th BS 68.3.
That is a jump of +2 mph in Top 1/8th EV, and +1 mph in Top 1/8th BS. Thats awesome, but the bi product of that production is his Max EV in June was 90.1 with a 41% whiff rate. His new numbers for the month of august is a Max EV of 97.4 and a 28% whiff rate.
Nick has been come in 8 days so far in the month of August (not including double sessions), 8 days in the month of July, and 8 days in the month of June. He is posting on social media, sending me his results along with in game video. Thank you to @getcoachconnect for allowing this to be possible.
A Raleigh baseball coach ran his lesson business on Venmo + a personal Google Calendar + texts.
His words: "my phone was being blown up constantly."
Now families book AND pay from one link — no manual entry.
"Clientele nearly doubled due to the ease of scheduling for athletes." — Scott M, baseball coach, Raleigh NC, on switching off Venmo + texts.
He also estimates 5–6 hours a week back on admin.

"You are leaving a ton of money and time on the table."
A Raleigh baseball coach's advice after ditching Venmo + texts for one booking link.
What's your current setup quietly costing you?
Assigning the work is the easy part. CoachConnect tracks adherence automatically and flags any athlete who drops under 70% — critical under 50% — so you know who's slipping before the next lesson. #baseballcoach
You shouldn't have to rebuild your hitting program from scratch every week. Build drills once → group into reusable blocks → stack into a 1–12 week program → assign to one athlete or fifty.
"Tracking and chasing payments, but also my phone was being blown up constantly." — Scott M, baseball coach, Raleigh NC, on running his business over Venmo and texts before CoachConnect.
Now: families book and pay in one step. No chasing.
