Many people who discover Sauna Detoxification Using Niacin eventually ask:
"Which sauna should I buy?"
After months of research, I've launched a Sauna Selector Tool to help narrow the options based on your goals, space, budget, and more.

@Finnsanity@patrickbutler Infrared doesn't compare with the social and traditional aspects of sauna, but it's ideal for when therapeutic detoxification is necessary.
@cristofrcharles@patrickbutler Yes, there are preclusions and contraindications to know, and liver and/or kidney conditions are in the list. However, our Protocol offloads much of the detox from the liver and kidneys to the largest detox organ of the body, skin (22 sqft avg) and uses binders.
@craigbrockie@patrickbutler Much more advanced than the Hubbard Method. Repurposed for Occupational Medicine and approved by the California Medical Board in 1987.
@CameronSoleima2 @patrickbutler Nope. But it was advance from the Hubbard Method by my father for Occupational Medicine, and approved by the California Medical Board in 1987. See our changes in this comparison chart.
@dockunjaniwena@patrickbutler The original Hubbard Method was repurposed by my father for Occupational Medicine. No ties to them, but I agree it is incredible. We advanced the program as seen in the comparison chart.

@miss_quark@patrickbutler Those who cannot even afford a DIY sauna for under $300 (look up Matt Justice DIY sauna course) typically use a sauna-equiped gym. A good solution for budget/space limited individuals is a Therasage Thera360 plus.
@johnnyzen@patrickbutler Certain endocrine disrupting chemicals or xenoestrogens can lead to iodine deficiency, which presents as hypohidrosys. Some just need to work up to sweating in a sauna to clear the pores.
@Missy051721@patrickbutler If only it were that easy. Our livers have never adapted to converting many lipophilic man-made/synthetic chemicals into water soluble derivatives, so the sequester in adipose tissues and lead to oxidative stress, mitochondrial dysfunction and endocrine disruption.
