Pumpfun forgot one of the biggest reasons people own paired stocks in the first place:
DIVIDENDS.
Introducing https://t.co/Wi0UHEub1v
Divvy takes creator fees generated by a token and turns them into stock dividends for holders, inspired by the fee-powered model used by launchpads like Pons.
Trade the token → creator fees accumulate → those fees are used to reward the community with tokenized stocks.
Instead of creator fees only benefiting the deployer, the value flows back to the people holding the token.
Memecoins generate the volume.
Creator fees generate the yield.
Holders get the stocks.
Pump brought stock pairs to the trenches.
Divvy brings the dividends.

OTC proved the demand for fee-powered dividends.
But Divvy takes the idea where it actually belongs: Pump Stock pairs.
Instead of using creator fees from a random token to distribute stocks, Divvy turns the fees generated by a Pump Stock coin into dividends of the actual stock it represents.
Trade the stock pair → fees accumulate → holders get rewarded in that stock.
Pump already brought stocks onchain.
Divvy adds the part that was missing: yield for holding them.
That’s why I think Divvy wins.
We’re not trying to replace Pump Stock pairs.
We’re making them worth holding.
Stocks + trading fees + dividends.
Divvy.
Not sure what caused the sell off, but i'm still building and genuinely believe this will replace OTC.
OTC ONLY uses creator fees to give dividens on NORMAL pump tokens.
I made tech so that creator fees on PUMP STOCK coins give you dividens on the selected stock.

Will be making a demo video showing how it works but the tech is pretty easy to prove.
Creator fees are redirected to the vault address which then uses the fees to buy the selected tokenized stock and redistributes it to holders.
The difference between our tech and OTC is that we use the same tech as Pumpfun stock dividens (coins are paired to the stock) AND the creator fees are used as dividends.
