Net researchers yo! ANRW deadline updated to May 19 - plenty of time to buff up your short fascinating work, position papers, and lightning talks. See https://t.co/JSwa7xmkke. NB this just changed and looks like site still shows old deadline @inretafo
@bd@rachioco I am surprised this would not fit, because the https://t.co/4mOYwTuDot A query resolves to just 362 bytes with me, so it should fit in the 512 bytes space rachioco devices allow themselves not sending ends0.
The highly anticipated getdns 1.7.0 and stubby 0.4.0 are available on our website https://t.co/ErozGkMXve.
Fixed bugs (some related to the CMake build system) and improved fallback strategies after a failure.
See for more information https://t.co/yyWWDWrGVT.
We are pleased to announce the new CMake, bugfix and maintenance release, version 1.6.0 of getdns. This release includes Stubby version 0.3.0.
More information can be found on the release page https://t.co/wnwvdlo0h6.
@paulvixie@PacketPusher That’s RFC 7901. There is some support for this in unbound I believe that is used by getdns for the draft-{.ise-}tls-dnssec-chain but it would be good to see it supported more (bind and dig and knot would be nice)
getdns 1.5.2 with GnuTLS support is released. The new release also includes Stubby 0.2.6 with updates to the documentation and fixes for the Windows build.

Many thanks to Fondation RESTENA (the NREN for Luxembourg and the registry for the .lu ccTLD) for setting up a DNS-over-TLS privacy server!👍

@pradqdo@AllisonJMankin Thank you! We will continuing our efforts to make getdns Stubby (an even more) flexible and versatile component in these kind of setups.
I finally set up DNS over TLS using cloudflare’s DNS 1.1.1.1 and stubby. It works like a charm. This should be the standard going forward for enhanced privacy and security.
