Funny thing about AI visibility:
a lot of sites are trying to get cited by ChatGPT
......while their actual customer reviews may be invisible to the crawler.
the widget looks fine.
the reviews are there.
the bot might still be seeing basically nothing.
we looked at what actually decides that:

Nonprofits get asked to prove impact by people who have never tried to measure a peer support group.
Chris runs one. No meals served. No beds filled. Just people who left a session better than they arrived.
"A lot of times, it's just on vibes."
That is not a reporting problem. That is a proof problem.
Chris explains it better than we could. Feedspace link in comments.ππ»
When you collect testimonials you are not just collecting words.
You are building a mirror for future customers to see themselves.
If every testimonial on the site is from the same type of person, most visitors look in that mirror and see nobody like them.
And people don't buy from brands they don't feel represented by.

Customer:
One other question, can I set it up so it only notifies us of bad reviews? e.g. bad sentiment or 1-3 stars? we're getting emailed every day and it's hard to parse when it's important enough to check
Our Engineering team replied:
Hello! Right now, there isn't a way to get emailed just about bad reviews. But no worries! In the meantime, hereβs a handy workaround using ChatGPT: - Head over to your Feedspace dashboard, then go to My Account > MCP Connectors, and follow the steps to connect your account with ChatGPT (it only takes about 2 minutes; just sign in with your Feedspace login).
- In ChatGPT, type: "Every day at 9am, check my Feedspace reviews for anything 3 stars or below or negative. If there are any, list them. If not, just say 'No bad reviews today.'"
- Lastly, in ChatGPT's settings, make sure to turn on email notifications for tasks.
You are paying for reach when the thing that actually converts is free.
Brands winning at reviews are not spending thousands on ads. They ask right after a customer's first win, when the emotion is fresh, and make it a 30-second phone recording.
Ads feel desperate because they are. Systems don't.
