One thing you might find useful: Egrifta's (tesa) phase 3 ran 2mg daily continuous, 26 weeks plus a 26-week extension, 816 patients. The visceral fat reduction held through week 52 in everyone who stayed on, and re-accumulated in those who came off. So the 5/2 might cost you more than it saves.

Ipamorelin's a different story though.... GHRP, so that's where the desensitization argument actually has legs. Might be worth splitting it: tesa daily, cycle the ipa.

Nailed it. Grey market will grow bigger than ever before once more legalized… grey market will ride on the coattails of the compounding pharmacies grabbing new customers who want the cheaper alternative if it’s outside of insurance (this is already happening daily, will only accelerate).
