🎯 Bruce Sutter signed with the Braves in 1984.

He locked in $4.8M into a deferred annuity earning ~13% interest — which paid him $1.3M/year for 30 years, starting in 1991.

That’s nearly $45–$50 million total…on a $9.1M contract. 😮‍💨
