I love that my professor literally told us, yeah the syllabus is very important but this is grad school, I want you guys to be able to take care of families as a competent counselor—having mastery of APA format is not my focus for this class.

I did not, but the last 20 minutes were fantastic.
Haven’t been on social media in a hot minute... been thinking about what therapy is and a lot about my future. So I guess I’ll just start sharing some thoughts here and there, feel free to hang out and say whatever.
Had a conversation with my brother tonight—one of so many I’ve had this year.
I’m so glad we get chances to reconnect and speak life into each other. We didn’t always have a good friendship, but I’m so grateful for him now.
