Waffles, the 3 week old harbor seal pup found shot in the head over the July 4th weekend in Bellingham, WA has died.

It is the 3rd harbor seal shot in the past few months.

It's hard to imagine what kind of person would shoot a defenseless pup like this.

I’m at Central Park and I just asked Christina Hansen with the horse carriages what she thought about the conversations going on. She said that these horses are living a cushy life. All I see are horses tethered to each other in the sun, not moving and not socializing. Just staring for hours.
