AI coding plans keep changing their limits, often through a help-center edit, an email or a single post.
I built LimitWatch to keep track: a dated, sourced log of usage-limit and pricing changes for Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Codex and more.

@theisaacsomto Small comfort: since Oct 14, if a response is still running when you hit the five-hour limit, Claude Code can keep going briefly to reach a stopping point (Pro once a week, Max every time). It still counts toward the weekly limit, though.
@RealNipuna The last official Claude Code weekly-limit change we've logged was Sep 14: limits settled at +25% over the old baseline (a 17% cut vs the summer boost). No cut announced since, so faster draining isn't a published limit change. We track these at getlimitwatch.
Claude Code weekly limits settled on Sep 14 at +25% over the pre-promo baseline, down from the temporary +50%. Anthropic called it a 17% reduction in weekly limits vs the boost.
Every Claude Code limit change, dated and sourced, on getlimitwatch.
Copilot Business and Enterprise promo AI credits ended Sep 1.
Business: 3,000 to 1,900 credits per user per month.
Enterprise: 7,000 to 3,900.
Credits are pooled at the billing entity level.

@iamdecatalyst No official Claude Max limit change logged lately. The last ones: Sep 14, weekly limits settled at +25% over the old baseline, and Oct 14, a Wrap-Up Allowance at the five-hour limit. Five-hour limits were doubled on May 6 and we haven't logged a cut since.
Cursor joined The X Subscription on Oct 12. New plans share one weekly pool with Grok: Premium 4x, Super 15x, Ultra 50x Plus. Before: monthly pools on Pro $20, Pro+ $60, Ultra $200. Legacy plans stay as they are unless you switch.

Claude Code now has a "Wrap-Up Allowance": at the five-hour limit, responses no longer just stop. You get a small, capped allowance to finish up. Claude Code 2.1.277+, gradual rollout.

Right now it has 44 entries across 19 plans from 10 vendors. Each one records the date, what it was before, what it is after, how the vendor described it, and a link to the source.
25 of them are checked against a vendor or primary page. The rest cite a public ledger
Another: on Aug 24, Cursor Auto stopped billing at one flat rate. Each request now bills at the rate of whichever model it gets routed to, so the same pool can run out faster. The same email raised included limits but gave no figure.
