NEW: 911 audio released shows the call made seconds after Karmelo Anthony stabbed Austin Metcalf

Newly released 911 calls capture the desperate moments right after 17-year-old Austin Metcalf was fatally stabbed in the chest during a Frisco track meet in April 2025.

In one call, a friend can be heard urgently telling dispatchers, “My friend’s bleeding everywhere” and “he just got stabbed,” while describing Karmelo Anthony’s clothing and saying coaches had him.

Metcalf was unconscious but still breathing at the time the calls were made.

The audio was released following the conclusion of Anthony’s murder trial.
