Milestone reached!
Paminga is now tracking more than
😮🤩🥳 One Billion! 😮🤩🥳
Lead/Contact profiles for our marketing automation customers around the world!
Use Salesforce, Dynamics 365, IFS or other major CRM and want reliable automation you can actually use? 😉
Been cracking on documentation for new features:
Paminga's Finder: A MacOS-like Finder for folder-based marketing asset management.
https://t.co/fOE8CEgdAY
Call To Action Builder: create hyper-personalized CTAs (popups, banners, hero sections, sidebars) https://t.co/ywm27dtmdY
Abandoned Cart Automations: encourage customers to complete purchases in your online store
https://t.co/ZbxVpJv1qr
Product Recommendation Automations: encourage customers to purchase additional products
https://t.co/HLMTQpKcLe
I hold great documentation in very high regard.
I want to be able to learn whatever I want from a product's docs. We're well on our way to that goal with Paminga's docs.
I'm one of those hands-on technical founders. Professionally speaking, I live to ship features that make life easier for marketing pros.
And to honor those pros with great documentation, I've been largely writing our docs personally.
I (largely) designed the features, know the why behind every choice, and am in a great position to communicate that via documentation.
Maybe the CEO shouldn't be doing this and at some point I won't be able to.
But I feel great when I ship new docs for great new capabilities. Total dopamine hit. I go back and look at the docs once they're live and feel pride. Nerd stuff.
Cool to see Paminga making news – "Best of LinkedIn MarTech Insights".
"Yesterday I got a glimpse of how easy Marketing Automation could be"
"It felt as if I was seeing what Marketo should be in 2025"
Don’t marketing teams deserve best-in-class tools that work seamlessly with IFS Cloud?
✅ Personalize Emails, Forms, and Landing Pages with IFS Cloud Data
✅ Create Leads in IFS – Conditionally – when Forms are Submitted
✅ Internationalize Emails, Forms, and Landing Pages
These "CRM Sync Actions" are actually really cool, and dare I say... innovative?
I haven't seen this capability in any other marketing automation platform.
(where you have to create extra workflows to do the same things).
As leads & contacts are synced to Paminga from CRM (Salesforce, D365, IFS, etc.), you can have Paminga take any number of actions on those records as they sync.
And you can do so conditionally: If the lead being synced meets these conditions, take these actions. If it meets those conditions, take those actions.
As your leads sync from CRM, you do all kinds of stuff:
- Add to workflows or drip series
- Remove from workflows or drip series
- Add to Marketing Lists
- Remove From Marketing Lists
- Add to Subscription Lists
- Remove From Subscription Lists
- Add to Google Ads Audience
- Remove from Google Ads Audience
- Google Tag Manager Data Layer Push
- Sunset Contact
- Un-Sunset Contact
- Adjust Lead Scores
- Send Slack Notification
- Send Webhook
- Set Lead Stage
- Set Field Values
- Create Tasks
- Trigger Zapier
We have customers driving advanced personalization by running multiple "Set Field Value" actions conditionally based on the value of a pick list in Salesforce, then injecting those values into emails per contact.
This is a huge time saver. It's also easy and obvious to use.
This is the Paminga way: there's less stuff to learn & know.
Our easy drag-and-drop builder lets you create emails, forms, landing pages, and CTAs. If you know how to use one, you can use them all!
See just how simple it is.
Use the exact same builder to create emails, forms, landing pages, & CTAs.
Paminga is saving marketers time by eliminating 75% of the learning curve. 😊
If you know how to use one of these drag & drop builders, you know how to use them all.
I've been working on the guts of @getpaminga for years, and I just realized something jaw-dropping about our marketing, messaging, and positioning.
Enterprise software is a beast — overwhelming, cluttered, a nightmare to learn. Paminga's architecture flips that on its head.
As we designed the technical architecture of Paminga, we tried very hard to be prudent.
We worked to ensure key components would be re-useable. This makes our dev team faster & more efficient. It's also easier to troubleshoot and enhance things.
What I did not anticipate is what it would mean for our customers, and therefore our messaging and positioning. Here's what I mean:
The tool for controlling layouts in our form builder: we re-used it in our new email builder, landing page builder, and CTA builder.
So if you want to personalize a section in an email, it's exactly the same to personalize a landing page, form, or dynamic CTA.
If you know how to use one of these tools, you know how to use them all.
This means there's way less to learn. That was a revelation to me.
The architecture of Paminga's Actions is similar. The same actions are re-used everywhere actions can be triggered in the platform. No matter where you go, you already know how to use them.
Again, way less to learn.
We did the same thing with conditions.
There are multiple places where our customers can make things conditional:
Audience participation
- When & why a workflow should branch
- What records to include in an export, report, or dashboard
- Triggering actions conditionally (anywhere in the platform)
- Conditions for lead scoring rules and lead qualification thresholds
In every one of these places, the tool used to set conditions is the same.
There are no questions about how to set up conditions. Customers get used to it quickly because it's always the same.
Consistency is everywhere. I think this is HUGE.
The problem with enterprise-capable software is all the stuff you've gotta learn and remember to make use of it.
This is why many marketers use their marketing automation platform like it's MailChimp, just blasting out emails.
A customer recently told me she'd spent weeks learning her last platform — only to forget half of it. With Paminga, she nailed it in a few days.
What Paminga is becoming is stunning to me.
Enterprise-capable software is always terribly complicated, right?
Marketers are right to be scared of it.
Every software vendor on the planet will say that their software is easy to learn and use.
We've got something better — consistency that cuts the learning curve. So how do we message this effectively?
This is something I'm working on right now. If you've got thoughts, I'd love to hear them. Let me know here or on LinkedIn.
A cool, fun, and important customer today:
"This new API is awesome. Now I understand why Steven was so excited about moving to GraphQL!"
❤️ to see it.
Excited to start onboarding our next @ifs customer. 🙂
While moving to IFS ERP/CRM (from Dynamics 365), they've chosen to switch from Adobe Marketo Engage to @getpaminga as their marketing automation solution.
I'll share more on this customer & their transition as things progress 👍
Paminga's new form builder is being released globally on Friday morning!
It includes pretty much every feature we'd accumulated on our wish list:
• Conditional Fields, Rows, Sections & content
• Multi-Page Forms with conditional navigation
• Conditional Actions and redirect
• File Uploads/Attachments
• Internationalization
@getpaminga's new form builder, which is already amazing, is now getting file upload capabilities.
- Allow prospects to attach files when submitting your form (some limits apply)
- Files are virus scanned automagically
- Files stored in association with the form submission, the associated Lead or Contact record, and when applicable, the associated Account
The team is just spitting 🔥🔥🔥 over here 🙂
Our new drag & drop form builder is officially hot stuff.
- Internationalization is now live
- Conditional redirect/thank you
- Conditional sections/fields can now pivot on language
Videos coming soon 📺
Well that's exciting! A drag & drop form builder that allows for full internationalization!
What platforms will this form builder work with?
Glad you asked! 😉
For starters:
- Salesforce
- Dynamics 365
- @ifs CRM
- SugarCRM
- SuiteCRM
Getting into internationalization of @getpaminga's new form builder.
This is going to be really cool, allows pivot on language:
- conditional "thank you" message
- conditional redirect
- conditional images, fields, etc. based on language

Hey 👋 @ifs CRM users!
@getpaminga's Lead Scoring Thresholds unlock the true power of lead scoring, enabling you to systematically qualify – or disqualify – leads.
Paminga is the only marketing automation platform with a native integration with IFS CRM. 😉
Let's talk!
"Salesforce support basically told us to figure it out on our own"
– a Salesforce Marketing Cloud user on Reddit about 45 minutes ago
I hate companies that behave like this, and Salesforce 100% embodies this.
They are the poster child for customer contempt.
This is why @getpaminga offers *unlimited live support* for our marketing automation platform – to both the marketers that use it daily and the software developers that build on/around it.
I'm happy to make intros to happy customers who dropped SMC for Paminga 🙂
