AI is here to stay, and no country can face its challenges alone. That was the key message delivered by Amb. Mamuka Jgenti, Senior Key Expert on Justice and Civil Society, EU Global AML/CFT Facility, during his remarks at GETS 2025.

Amb. Jgenti emphasized the urgent need for international collaboration and regulatory harmonization to address rising digital threats, financial crimes, and the growing influence of large language models. With over 55 jurisdictions supported globally, he reaffirmed a critical truth: Global challenges demand global solutions.

خلال كلمته في قمة جيتس 2025، أعلن المستشار سالم علي الزعابي، رئيس نيابة بمكتب النائب العام للاتحاد النيابة العامة الإمارات، ورئيس اللجنة العليا المنظمة لقمة جيتس 2025، عن استراتيجية النيابة العامة لتبني الذكاء الاصطناعي (2025–2035) والتي تُعد خارطة طريق نحو منظومة عدالة تواكب العصر الرقمي، مشيراً الى ان هذه الاستراتيجية تركّز على الشفافية والمساءلة، وتأهيل أعضاء النيابة لقيادة المستقبل التقني.
في قمة تلتقي فيها القوانين بالتكنولوجيا، وتؤكد الإمارات فيها أن التشريعات قادرة على تمكين الابتكار، لا إعاقته.

During his keynote at GETS 2025, Chancellor Salem Ali Al Zaabi, Chief Prosecutor, General Attorney’s Office, UAE Public Prosecution and Chair of the Higher Organizing Committee of GETS 2025, announced the Public Prosecution’s AI Strategy (2025–2035), a roadmap for a justice system fit for the digital age.
He emphasized the strategy’s focus on transparency, accountability, and preparing prosecutors to lead in a tech-driven future.
At a summit where law meets technology, the UAE reaffirms that legislation can empower innovation, not hinder it.

Dr. Amin Hussain Al Amiri, Assistant Undersecretary for the Health Regulation Sector at the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention, emphasized the UAE is moving toward a predictive and preventive healthcare model powered by AI, stressing that AI in healthcare must operate within strict legal and ethical frameworks.

With strong laws protecting health data and a commitment to ethical standards, the future of medicine is being reshaped — to heal before harm happens.
