Narrative around him the past few days has been insane, heโs still our best player and will continue to be; I donโt foresee any superstars for us in the near future.
U.S. forward Christian Pulisic suffered a bone bruise and microfracture in his leg during Mondayโs World Cup loss to Belgium, and will be sidelined for several weeks but not months, multiple people briefed on the diagnosis told The Athletic.
Subsequent medical assessments revealed the extent of the injury to be a bone bruise and microfracture of the tibia/fibula, sources said.
The estimated timeframe for Pulisicโs recovery puts him on track to return sometime in August, meaning he could be back in training ahead of the new Serie A season.

โA ridiculous red card suspension was overturned. We now have to play against the full American team, itโs not fair.โ

Sources: President Trump, commerce secretary Howard Lutnick, and White House task force head Andrew Giuliani put together a team of elite lawyers โ from outside the government โ to challenge the Flo Balogun red card. Specifically they challenged the use of slow motion instant replay to give the red card, which they argued violated FIFA rules. The president also conveyed to Gianni Infantino, FIFAโs president, that the appeal had been filed and he believed the red card penalty was excessive. FIFAโs independent committee reviewed the decision and agreed the penalty was incorrectly given, rescinding it under their rule 27 authority.
