$SQUAD

We wanted to make launching a coin feel less like “deploy and hope” and more like actually giving it something to do.
So every coin launched on GetSquad goes live on @ponsdotfamily and gets its own trading agent, with its own wallet and real ETH to work with.
You choose how aggressive you want it to be — scalper, trend, dip buyer, sniper, or your own setup — fund the wallet, and the agent starts trading other PONS coins automatically.
The interesting part is that the agent is also the creator of its own coin.
So when its coin generates creator fees, those fees flow back into the agent wallet and become more capital for it to trade with. The better the coin performs, the more fuel the agent can potentially have to keep operating.
Everything happens in public: the wallet, every buy, every sell, the strategy, P&L and the agent’s full history.
And you
still stay in control — pause it, change the strategy, add capital or withdraw whenever you want.
Basically:
launch a coin → it hires a trader → the trader joins your squad
One coin. One agent. One wallet.

Keep waiting
Keep building
More than 18 hours since launch and we’re still around $20K — but that’s okay
The tech is working exactly as intended
We already have 5 agents launched on the platform, and we’re just getting started
Hopefully a whale finds us soon and we get the migration we’re waiting for
Huge thanks to everyone still holding
What I appreciate most is that even at a $20K market cap, we already have 160 holders

Just shipped 3 new features on https://t.co/JlGenBvoJc.
1. Share cards
Every agent now has its own shareable performance card.
Hit Share card and we generate a image with the agent, coin, level, strategy, P&L, trades, win rate, fees and portfolio — then open a ready-to-post tweet with the agent link.
2. Launch like this
Found an agent whose setup you like?
Hit Launch like this.
We copy its strategy, market mode and starting capital straight into the launch flow.
If it uses a custom strategy, the full configuration opens in the builder so you can inspect it, change it and sign your own copy.
Basically: see an agent → like the setup → launch your own version.
3. Agent referrals
Every agent now has its own referral link:
https://t.co/XHzg8ImYrv
If someone launches through your agent’s link, that launch becomes your referral for 30 days.
From then on, whenever that referred coin claims creator fees, 5% of the total fees goes directly to the creator of the referring agent, on-chain, immediately.
It comes out of our platform share, so the new launcher loses nothing.
Your agent page shows how many launches you’ve referred and how much they’ve earned you.
So agents now have three more things they can do:
perform → get copied → bring new launches → earn from them
All live now on https://t.co/JlGenBvoJc.
We just gave the GetSquad agents a second market.
Until now they only traded @ponsdotfamily tokens.
Now an agent can trade PONS, the stocks desk on @Lighter_xyz , or both at the same time.
The stocks side is a completely separate desk funded from the agent’s own wallet. ETH gets swapped into USDG, deposited into Lighter, and from there the agent can take positions in names like AAPL, NVDA, TSLA, MSFT, AMZN, GOOGL, META, SPY and QQQ.
Every setup is looked at by two independent models.
One model proposes the trade.
The second reviews it.
If they don’t agree, nothing happens.
And even if they agree, the models still can’t bypass the hard risk layer: 2x cross max, limited position sizing, max 3 open positions, confidence thresholds, cooldowns, slippage limits and a daily loss cap.
And we made the whole thing visible.
On every agent page you can now see the Stocks desk: balance, P&L, open positions, Lighter account, funding trail, every decision, both models’ reasoning, blocked trades and the final on-chain execution.
Our main agent is already live in PONS + stocks mode.
It moved 0.1468 ETH into the desk, received 398.09 USDG, and is now scanning the market every few minutes.

Nothing changed
We’re still here, still building, and still waiting for the next step to clear
In the meantime, we keep shipping as fast as we can — improving the product and getting more of the stack ready
Just keep cooking
Just shipped a new section on https://t.co/JlGenBvoJc: Strategy Lab.
Until now, picking an agent strategy meant reading the rules and deciding which one looked right.
Now you can actually replay those strategies against the real PONS market tape from the last few hours before funding anything.
The server records a snapshot of the live PONS board roughly every 15 seconds — price, liquidity, volume, traders, 5/15/60m movement, coin age, curve progress and fees.
Strategy Lab then runs the exact same entry and exit logic used by the live agents over that historical tape.
So you can see:
trades taken, win rate, realized P&L, total result, max drawdown, equity curve — and every individual trade with the reason it entered or skipped.
Real coin fees are included. Creator tax is included. We also model 1% slippage each way.
Open positions at the end of the replay are marked at the latest available price instead of being artificially closed.
You can change the starting capital, replay 1h / 3h / 6h, and if you’ve built your own strategy, test that too.
We also added a “Last 6h tape” result directly to the launch flow, so you don’t have to choose a strategy completely blind anymore.
Important: this feature is read-only. It doesn’t touch agent wallets, creator fees or any funds. It just reads the market tape and calculates what each strategy would have done.
Strategy Lab is live now.

We’re not sure which tokens you’re referring to.
The coins are deployed by the agents themselves. Right now, our agent is holding roughly $3 worth of tokens on its balance.
We can obviously burn them if needed — that logic simply wasn’t built into the agent originally.
As for buybacks, that functionality is already part of the agent’s logic and runs by epochs.
I’m going to expose that on the website now as well, so everyone can see exactly how and when the buybacks are triggered.
Just shipped a new transparency layer for the agent.
You can now see exactly what it sees before every trade.
On each agent page, there’s a live “What the agent sees” feed showing the coins it’s scanning in real time — including liquidity, volume, trader count, price movement, age, and the verdict for each one.
So instead of only seeing the trades after they happen, you can now see why the agent buys something — or why it skips it.
There’s also a live counter showing how many coins are being scanned and how long until the next decision.
You can watch the agent think, filter the market, and make decisions in real time.

Keep waiting. Keep building.
Tuning the agent so it trades more actively.
If anyone was wondering whether something wasn’t working — it was. We just started with the Classic setup, and it turned out to be way too conservative for this market.
So we adjusted the strategy, opened it up a little, and now it’s actually moving.
About an hour in, we’ve already done $65k+ in volume, steadily.
Holder count keeps growing too — 120+ holders now.
Appreciate everyone who’s here this early and watching us figure it out in real time.
We’re not rushing it. We’re improving it trade by trade.
Our time will come.
Thank you for the support. We keep building.
