Yes we identified a big pain point for non-technicals, is to set workflow that will create real value.

@pbakaus Yes - this will all have to be packaged into much more consumer-friendly formats to penetrate non-technical audiences.

Something like @getsurething is more in this direction, and I'm sure there are others.
