#Raiders just finished practice. Wasn’t the prettiest day for the offense. Here are a few takeaways:

- Cousins connected with Bowers on a few big plays. The offense will go as far as Bowers takes them.
- Mendoza under threw Malik Benson on a deep ball, leading to the ball be broken up by Decamerion Richardson. During 7-on-7, he was picked off by Greedy Vance. It was his first interception of camp.
- Darien Porter took most of the first-team reps at outside cornerback.
- Jermod McCoy is looking more comfortable. Spent a lot of time with 2s and had a PBU early in practice.
- Quay Walker would’ve had a sack on Cousins. JJ Pegues also recorded a sack on Mendoza.
- AOC’s TD pass to EJ Williams during the 7on7 period was arguably the play of the day.
- At one part during camp, Cian Slone was with the 1s. Keyron Crawford quickly jumped into the backfield to record a TFL on Roman Hemby while playing with the 2s.

Zyhir Hope is an old soul on and off the field. HIGH IQ, still 21 years. Once told me Max Clark inspires him and there is a lot of mutual respect between them. Hope will hit for power. Had a single-season career high 23 home runs Double-A. Originally drafted by the Cubs and was later acquired by LA.
