recently at the Caltech Longevity Hackathon, I worked building Parivo Health, a platform that lets clinicians track Parkinson’s progression on a phone
under 60s check-ins: IMU tremor, Praat+ML voice, & MediaPipe to track different biomarkers
team: @mahbuhz @AbdulDag07 + Carlos
just wrapped up my first week at @vercel and @aisdk
initial thoughts:
- pace is insane. onboarding was only two days then they get us working in prod codebase immediately after
- you don’t wait for permission, people pull you in, unblock you, and expect movement
- working/building in public is part of the culture
learned so much in a short span, and took on great skills and techniques that i’ve already implemented in my projects (like @stora_sh)
looking forward to a great summer with this team!!
a little late on the wave but what are some underrated ways people are using their OpenClaw agent? been mostly seeing it used for emails and calendar stuff, feels like there's a lot being left on the table
— some startups are literally paying humans to do basic tasks just to collect training data. we are so early
— LiDAR might be the dial-up of robotics. Tesla already proved camera vision can replace it through their autonomous driving
been lurking. think it's time to finally post.
Hey. I'm Mohamad.
I build things (mostly medtech) and bake on the side.
would love to connect and see what you're working on.
p.s. that's my dubai chocolate cheesecake chilling below which won 2nd place in a baking competition ;)
