@beedolcezza Try french toast with cinnamon sugar: whip a few eggs like a scramble but add a bit of milk (to thin it out a bit), soak ur bread in the mix for a few mins, pan fry in butter, mix ~1tspCin:5tspSug & sprinkle on top

@DavidPiccinini2@7why__ydm Brussels have hydrophilic esters (their flavours dissolve in water). Most people boil them so all the goodness is poured down the drain. Try frying or roasting them in fats(eg butter)/oils. Completely different flavour.
