Whatever OSU (Now OOU) did, to move from being amongst the worst and most notorious university in Nigeria, to getting ranked by webometrics global ranking as 8th in the country and top 2,400 in the world, needs to be studied by every public institution. That school literally did a 180degree before our very eyes.
