Anktiva is a modified interleukin-15. IL-15 is a signal your immune system uses to wake up natural killer cells and T cells. That is why it works as a cancer drug.
BCG is an old bacteria treatment for the bladder. The immune system reacts to it and the tumor gets caught in that reaction. Add IL-15 and you are sending a louder signal to the same cells.
We have been injecting interleukins straight into tumors for years. No single cytokine beats cancer alone. You have to change a lot in the immune system at once.
A bladder-only approval means most cancer patients still can’t get this drug. Inject it into the tumor and the list of cancers it helps gets a lot longer.
Good step. Now expand it.
Shark fin soup costs up to $100–$200 a bowl, yet shark fin itself is just tasteless cartilage with virtually NO health benefits.
In fact, apex predators bioaccumulate massive amounts of neurotoxic mercury and toxins.
You’re literally paying a fortune to poison yourself.
We work hard to build wealth, then sacrifice our health and time to get there. Then lose our money to restore our health.
Work matters. Ambition matters. But so does having time to exercise, rest, pursue hobbies, see the people you love, and actually live.

Imagine meeting yourself 10 years from now.
What would they wish you had started doing today?
Taking care of your body?
Eating better?
Sleeping more?
Moving regularly?
Don't wait for your future self to wish you had started sooner.
It is terrifying that fatal insomnia has absolutely no cure.
A disease that literally strips away your ability to sleep until your body completely shuts down is the ultimate nightmare.

The AACR's new report has the US cancer death rate down 35% since 1991. Five year survival across all cancers hit a record 71%.
Look at what happened with metastatic disease. 5 year survival went from 17% in the mid 90s to 36% today. That is a doubling, and it is real progress that a lot of people worked hard for.
It also means roughly 2 out of 3 people with metastatic disease are still gone inside five years. Moving that number is the entire reason I do what I do.
Dense muscles are built with heavy weight and low reps. They pack tight, functional fibers that look hard as rock even when relaxed.
Big muscles often come from high volume and fluid pump. They look huge, but don't always match that power.
Build for strength, not just volume 💪

Did you know your gut uses the exact same neurotransmitter that regulates your mood?
Over 90% of your body's serotonin, the "feel-good" hormone, is produced in your digestive system by gut bacteria, meaning your diet directly dictates your mental health.
Before every workout, ask yourself one question:
"Will today's choices make tomorrow's workout easier or harder?"
It changes how you train.
It changes how you eat.
It even changes when you decide to go to bed.
Best high-fiber foods that most people are consistently under-eating:
- Lentils (16 grams per cooked cup, plus protein and iron)
- Avocado (14 grams per fruit, mostly soluble fiber that feeds gut bacteria)
- Chia seeds (10 grams per ounce, forms a gel that slows glucose absorption)
- Artichoke (10 grams per medium artichoke, one of the highest fiber vegetables)
- Black beans (15 grams per cooked cup, plus resistant starch)
- Ground flaxseed (8 grams per two tablespoons, also rich in ALA omega-3s)
25 to 38 grams daily is the target. Most Americans get 15. The gut microbiome feels every gram of the difference.
Prichard Colón was 23 and undefeated when he fought Terrel Williams in 2015. He kept telling the referee about the blows landing on the back of his head. The referee took one point. The fight went on.
Those punches land where the spine meets the brainstem, and the skull barely covers that spot. The bleed that started there had nowhere to go. Trapped blood builds pressure. Pressure kills brain tissue. Brain tissue does not come back. Surgeons saved his life that night, but no treatment in medicine could return what the bleed took. He spent 221 days in a coma and the next decade unable to walk or speak, while his parents cared for him around the clock.
Prichard did what a fighter is supposed to do. He reported the fouls to the one person who could stop them. It didn't save him. That part has never left me.
Boxing learned from him. In 2016 the WBC put a zero tolerance rule on those punches and named it after him. Fighters are safer today because of what he lost. Once brain damage runs this deep, we cannot treat our way out of it. Prevention is the only cure.
Rest in peace, Prichard. Praying for his family.
Your body is giving you real-time feedback on every nutritional decision you made today.
Right now, your energy level, mental clarity, hunger, and mood are all downstream of what you ate this morning and how well you slept last night.
Those are not random fluctuations. They are data.
What is your body telling you about this week's inputs?
And what would you change about tomorrow based on what you feel right now?
The gym has taught me an unexpected lesson:
The people who look the most confident are usually the ones comparing themselves the least.
Progress speeds up when your competition becomes yesterday's version of you.
Bile duct cancer at 26. Cholangiocarcinoma almost never shows up this young. Most patients are decades older.
Without a molecular target, this cancer runs out of good options fast. No targeted therapy. No easy surgical cure. Chemo buys time, not much else.
Here's the part that should scare people more than any risk factor list. Most young patients with this cancer have no identifiable cause. No PSC, no cirrhosis, no hepatitis, no parasitic infection. They just get it.
Sydney did everything right. She was healthy, active, and paid attention to her body. It didn't matter. That's the part people need to sit with.
Rest easy, Sydney. Praying for her family.
Your body hears every conversation your mind has about it.
Train it with effort.
Fuel it with respect.
Speak to it with the same kindness you'd offer a friend.
