Pisses me off that in winter my flat can’t retain any heat. With all heaters on full power I can maybe get the temperature up to 18°C degrees. But within 5 mins of turning off it drops to 12°C. Now? In this heatwave? Suddenly it decides to hold onto the heat…29°C all night 🫩

I knew it was 3x more prevalent in Black ppl but I’d love to see research on how long it takes to be diagnosed. I (a white woman) have lupus but it took so long & was such a battle to get diagnosed, somehow I don’t think my Black sisters had an easier time than me.
