@MintzerMiguel Interesting article - thanks for sharing. I am curious to know how a waste coal-fired power plant is classified. Any thoughts? @StephenZeiner

Moses Lake DMR (Discharge Monitoring Report)
$KEEL - NTP Status is closer than people think, or better yet, completed! Cross-referencing sources, my guess is the customer is Verition. Come Monday, let's see! ๐
Any opinions for Monday?
@SheilaGudgin@firedog8423 That's a purely ridiculous comment... Understand the life cycle of a project, and you'd realize they are at a minimum 5 yrs away from this idea.
@MintzerMiguel No, the logic is incorrect as per everyone's commentary below. Panther Creek will be build to spec as outlined by the hyperscaler. Hopefully that helps!
@DustinHuntwn Can you please provide the source you're referencing? These contracts are usually finalized after NTP and built in accordance with a specific hyperscaler's needs in mind.
@domcorpp@justakeelguy Absolutely not - $KEEL is seeing multiple expansions from the conversion of BTC mining into HPC. No PE firm is paying a premium for the conversion, as of yet.
@justakeelguy Age has nothing to do with pivoting from BTC mining into HPC/AI. The only thing that matters is experience!
Saying "great hire by the board" is a misrepresentation of the company as he went from CMO to CEO.
@BlankMYS Great post; however, how are you generating the tenant multiplier effect? For clarification, how do you view the difference between tier I and tier II hyperscalers? In my personal opinion, signing Moses Lake, $KEEL will increase more than $4 USD.
