@Fly_Norwegian customers cannot get a refund from yourselves and Norwegian don’t even offer direct flights to most of Europe. Is this a ploy to eventually remove yourselves from UK airports and take our money with you? If you cannot honour flights to USA a refund should be given!

I still have my Osaka flight ticket that still active which I converted into travel voucher until Nov this year. Because Thai Airways don’t want to refund my money.

@easyJet I used refund vouchers to book flights in July, if these flights are cancelled due to Covid and I’m issued vouchers as a refund again, will these new refund vouchers have another 12 months from issue to use?
